In our private sessions, we slow down. Together, we create a calm, non-judgmental space to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body and intuition, and return to your own inner clarity.

You don’t need a clear goal—just a willingness to show up honestly. This is not about fixing anything; it’s about holding space for what’s present so insight, relief, and forward movement can emerge naturally

Each session is:

  • Held virtually via Google Meet or phone

  • Grounded in somatic awareness, intuition, and conversation

  • Responsive to what you bring that day

We move at your pace. We may focus on nervous system regulation, emotional processing, body awareness, or simply creating space to breathe and be heard. No performance, no pressure to fix anything.

Sessions are 60 minutes, booked in a defined series, held virtually, with payment completed in full or via a payment plan.
