This is not coaching you toward an outcome.
This is holding space for what is actually present—so insight, relief, and forward movement can emerge naturally.

What this work supports

What sessions are like

Each session is:

  • Grounded in somatic awareness, intuition, and conversation

Sessions move at your pace. We may focus on nervous system regulation, emotional processing, body awareness, or simply creating space to breathe and be heard.

There is no performance and no pressure to “fix” anything.
